Hello! I'm a long-time self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) recently relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. (Feb., 2026). I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, and am temporarily staying in Huizen. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with and open to Bussum and Almere, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have excellent rental history and personal references, and would be delighted to be the dream tenant you hope for, far beyond just the standard financial responsibility. I care for my space, have a green thumb, and love people, adore animals, art, golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! Hoi! Mijn naam is Max, ik ben 17 jaar en woon in Oldenzaal. Op 5 augustus word ik 18. Vanaf begin september start ik met de studie Maritieme Techniek aan de TU Delft. Afgelopen jaar heb ik deelgenomen aan School at Sea, een bijzonder educatief zeilprogramma voor middelbare scholieren. Tijdens dit programma heb ik zes maanden lang over de Atlantische Oceaan gezeild. In die periode heb ik geleerd om zelfstandig te werken en samen te werken en heb ik me ook sterk persoonlijk ontwikkeld.
