Mag ik mij even voorstellen? Mijn naam is Remko, 63 jaar en op dit moment helaas dakloos. Gelukkig sta ik optimistisch en positief in het leven en is het glas altijd halfvol maar om a.s. maandagochtend bij het Leger des Heils aan te moeten kloppen hoop ik te voorkomen. Als ik bij jou mag huren haal je in ieder geval een niet-rokende, zeer net en opgeruimde huurder in huis die de huur middels automatische overschrijving op de laatste dag van de maand netjes voldoet. Ik ben geboren en getogen in Hilversum en mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar een woonplek aldaar maar binnen een straal van zo`n 25 km wil ik alles in overweging nemen. In de wetenschap dat ik het me niet kan permitteren kieskeurig te zijn zou een simpele kamer van bv 12m2 voor mij al een oplossing kunnen zijn. Als je denkt voor mij een geschikte ruimte te hebben hoor ik het graag en maak ik asap een afspraak voor bezichtiging. Voor een kamer kan ik tot 600euro huur p/m betalen, als het een ruimte betreft waarvoor ik huurtoeslag kan aanvragen is 1000eu mijn maximale budget.
