Ik ben Paul, 23 jaar (leeftijd invullen), en ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Saarbrücken in Duitsland. Vanaf september start ik met de master Social and Health Psychology aan de Universiteit Utrecht, en ik ben op zoek naar een kamer per 1 september. Ik woon al sinds mijn negentiende zelfstandig, dus ik weet goed hoe ik voor mezelf en mijn omgeving zorg. Ik ben een nette en geordende persoon, een rommelig of vies huis geeft mij eerlijk gezegd stress, dus je hoeft je daar geen zorgen over te maken. Financieel ben ik stabiel: ik word ondersteund door mijn ouders en werk daarnaast remote voor mijn vorige universiteit. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, gym, fietsen, zeilen, en ik kook regelmatig voor vrienden. Doordeweeks ben ik meestal rustig thuis, maar in het weekend ga ik graag uit of spreek ik af met mensen. Ik ben sociaal en hou ervan nieuwe mensen te leren kennen, maar ik respecteer ook ieders behoefte aan rust en privacy. De Netherlands trekken me al jaren, ik kom hier al regelmatig sinds mijn zeventiende en heb altijd gewild hier te wonen. De leefstijl, de steden, de mensen: het voelt gewoon goed. Hoi, Wij zijn Sina (22) en Philipp (22), een stel uit Neurenberg in Duitsland. We hebben net onze bachelor afgerond en starten in september met de master Bedrijfskunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. We zijn op zoek naar een fijne woonplek vanaf augustus. Dat kan een appartement voor ons samen zijn, maar we zijn ook op zoek naar een kamer voor één van ons. Als jullie twee kamers vrij hebben in een woongroep, zou dat perfect zijn voor ons, en hopelijk ook voor jullie. Voor ons is de verhuizing naar Groningen meer dan alleen een studie. We hebben allebei een sterke band met Nederland en kijken ernaar uit om hier de komende jaren te wonen, te studeren en later ook te werken. Tijdens onze bachelor werden we financieel ondersteund door onze families, en dat blijft ook tijdens onze master zo. Daarnaast willen we allebei naast onze studie blijven werken, net zoals we dat in Duitsland deden. Sina werkt momenteel fulltime bij SAP en Philipp bij Siemens Energy. We kunnen natuurlijk een bewijs van onze financiële situatie aanleveren. We zijn rustige en nette huurders, roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren. We vinden het belangrijk om goed voor onze woonruimte te zorgen en zoeken een plek waar we ons echt thuis kunnen voelen. Hoi! Ik ben Winona , ik kom uit de achterhoek en vanaf volgend studiejaar begin ik aan de studie Tandheelkunde aan de Radboud Universiteit. Daar heb ik ontzettend veel zin in! Hello, I'm Emilio. I’m 22 years old and will be 23 in May 2026. I was born and raised in Napa, California but have lived in Denver, Colorado for the past 2 years. I have three citizenships, American, Italian and Canadian. I speak English and some Italian, but no Dutch (yet!). I plan on settling into my new home in Amsterdam in June 2026, and will work part-time after getting settled in. I’m willing to rent sooner for the right home to avoid housing chaos. I do have savings and allocate my financial resources responsibly. I enjoy playing video games such as Cities: Skylines, and going to many EDM shows. I’m social but not a big partier. I love travelling and have visited my family in Italy since I was 6 months old. I’m very passionate about non-car centric city planning, which is why I’m going to Amsterdam to study it since I believe they have the best cities in the world. I hope to take that knowledge of the Netherlands and bring it back to the USA to help improve our car-centric cities here. I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s at University of Amsterdam to study Human Geography and Planning, eventually gaining a Masters in a related field. In terms of housing, my preference would be in Amsterdam within a reasonable commute to the Roeterseiland campus, but understand I may need to look further out. I would prefer to live in a private studio, but I’m also open to shared housing. In Denver, I’ve lived with three various other roommates the whole time, and all of us have gotten along very well. I’m very clean and quite quiet, though I do like socializing with my roommates when we’re able to. Having lived with roommates the past 2 years, I’m more than happy to share a space with others and I keep common areas very tidy. I’m excited to meet people from around the world and experience my next chapter.
