I am a 21-year-old master’s student in History, and have lived in Rotterdam for 3 years, meaning I am familiar with renting here. I am a responsible, respectful tenant and have taken good care of the places I lived in. Financially, I am supported by guarantors (my parents) who have a stable income, have successfully acted as guarantors for my previous apartments in Rotterdam and are ready to do so again. I can provide all relevant documents, including proof of enrolment, identification, guarantor details, income documents, and references if needed. Personally I am an organised, clean and active person, focused on my studies but also very interested in art and music. I expect to be at university during the week and enjoy time with friends in the evenings and on the weekend. My free time is usually spent outside when the weather is nice or inside making and writing music (though, when necessary, a quiet activity with headphones).
