Hi! I’m Pietro, a 22-year-old Neuroscience Master's student at VU, originally from Italy. When I’m not in the lab or working my shifts at Albert Heijn, I love running, working out and listening to music. Beste verhuurder, Wij zijn Anouk (26) en Thijs (23) en zijn studenten, maar werken daarnaast ook in de horeca. Anouk studeert Psychologie en werkt als barvrouw in speciaalbierkroeg Café van Ouds. Thijs studeert Bestuurskunde en werkt als barman bij Café TweeKeerBellen. We hebben elkaar leren kennen achter de bar bij Café van Ouds, waar Thijs eerst ook werkte. We vinden het allebei leuk om te reizen en nieuwe plekjes en dingen te ontdekken. Maar kunnen er allebei ook van genieten om lekker samen op de bank met een serie te liggen. Wij wonen allebei al een langere tijd in het mooie Nijmegen en willen nu de stap maken om samen te wonen. We hebben een gezamenlijk arbeidsinkomen rond de €1500 per maand, met een totaal inkomen rond de €3500 per maand. Ook hebben we garantstellers, mocht dit mogelijk/nodig zijn.

Mijn naam is Jenneke, 24 jaar en werkzaam als onderzoeksmedewerker bij Parnassia. Sinds mijn studententijd woon ik weer bij mijn ouders, maar ik zou graag een zelfstandige woning hebben in de buurt van mijn werk (Den Haag). Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/woning. Badkamer en toilet delen zou ik mee akkoord gaan, maar het liefst heb ik wel een eigen keuken. Ik heb in mijn studententijd een periode zelfstandig en een periode met huisgenoten gewoond. Ik verzorg mijn woonruimte goed, waardoor ik door mijn medestudenten zelfs vaak huisvrouw werd genoemd. Ik ben behulpzaam en houd altijd rekening met de buren. Verder heb ik een stabiel inkomen, waardoor ik de huur betrouwbaar kan betalen. In mijn vrije tijd geniet ik van een wandeling in de natuur, het lezen van een goed boek of handwerken (van het maken van een tafel, tot het maken van eigen kleren). Verder kan ik genieten van een dagje museum met een vriendin of een goed gesprek onder het genot van een wijntje.
