Ik ben 44 jaar oud en werk fulltime, 40 uur per week, met een vast arbeidscontract. Mijn werk is gevestigd in De Bilt. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke persoon en ben op zoek naar een fijne en rustige woning waar ik na mijn werk kan ontspannen en mijn weekenden in alle rust kan doorbrengen. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en houd niet van harde muziek of geluidsoverlast. Ik woon alleen en heb geen drukke bezoekers of veel in- en uitloop. Ik vind het belangrijk om mijn woning netjes en goed te onderhouden en respecteer de rust en privacy van mijn buren. Ik sport regelmatig en ga meestal in de middag of na mijn werk naar de sportschool om te trainen. Mijn levensstijl is rustig en gezond.
