Preferrably a non-student option since I am graduating after August 2026 and would love to find a place to call home for longer term. A little bit about my economical situation: I currently have a stable income (work + support from DUO). Additionally, I also have two guarantors for my rent. For me, home is a place to relax after my hectic day at work/school, and in my free time, I love to cook and knit while watching a good movie. I would consider myself to be a calm and tidy person who likes to keep her home in order and maintained. Additionally, in the case of a shared house, I appreciate roommates who take collective responsibility for the common spaces. I am non-smoking and do not have any pets. This is not my first time living alone either, so I am not looking for my first apartment.
