Door een noodsituatie ben ik en mijn 18-jarige dochter op zoek naar een woning vanaf augustus een woning in Utrecht. Ik heb geen probleem om vanaf 1 augustus te betalen, ook zouden we pas op 8 augustus verhuizen. We zullen de woning zeker 3 tot 4 maanden nodig hebben, misschien langer (we horen komende week wanneer we weer terug kunnen naar onze definitieve woonplek) en vooruitbetalingen en borg zijn ook geen probleem. We roken en drinken niet, hebben geen huisdier en zijn verder heel rustige mensen.

Hello! I'm Rúben and I am from Portugal. I'm a pianist and a newcomer to Maastricht. My musical interests vary a lot but I have a particular deep passion for both contemporary music and video game soundtracks. Now about behaviour, although I am quite social I am a very quiet person, this means that I will always try to the little noise with others around (however, just to be clear, if left alone, I may just leave music a bit loud...). I also like to schedule my time on the kitchen, I usually cook for the next two to three days so I'll be taking at least 1h30/2h of the kitchen's at least twice or thrice a week.
