Hoi, ik ben Joy. Ik kom uit Zuid-Korea en woon momenteel in Nederland, waar ik werk als tandartsassistent terwijl ik bezig ben met het omzetten van mijn diploma om als mondhygiënist te kunnen werken. Mijn hobby’s zijn zwemmen en reizen naar verschillende landen – daarom is Nederland voor mij een perfecte plek om te wonen! Op dit moment denk ik erover om te verhuizen naar een beter huis. Eén van de belangrijkste redenen is dat ik absoluut niet tegen sigarettenrook kan – ik vind de geur echt vreselijk. Ik heb geen huisdieren en ik hou van een rustige leefomgeving. Als ik in een gedeeld huis zou wonen, denk ik dat dat juist een voordeel zou kunnen zijn. Ik hoop snel een fijn en rookvrij huis te vinden!

Op dit moment studeer en woon ik al ongeveer vier jaar in het hoge noorden, Groningen. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief bij mijn studentensportvereniging en Het Juridisch Spreekuur. Ik heb een actieve levensstijl en doe graag dingen met vrienden (studeren, eten, sporten en festivals). Aankomend jaar begin ik in Amsterdam en zoek ik nog een leuke plek om te wonen!

Wij hechten veel waarde aan een rustige leefomgeving. We respecteren altijd de privacy, rust en regels van buren en verhuurders. Wij zijn heel makkelijk in omgang en houden van een nette, vreedzame atmosfeer in het gebouw. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 28K€ annually, have >10K€ in savings, and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which adds additional financial security.
