Beste verhuurder, Ik ben Lotte, 24 jaar en momenteel woonachtig in Wageningen. Hier werk ik bij het NIOO-KNAW als database-medewerker en onderzoeker tot en met maart 2026. Vanaf april 2026 begin ik met werken als PhD-kandidaat aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen (een promotietraject van ~4 jaar). Om deze reden ben ik dan ook op zoek naar woonruimte in Nijmegen! Wij zijn Leendert en Maaike, een stel dat momenteel 2,5 jaar samen is en op zoek is naar onze eerste nieuwe woning om samen in te gaan wonen. Leendert is werkzaam in loondienst bij de Veiligheidsregio Utrecht (brandweer) en Maaike werkt bij Kinepolis Jaarbeurs, met binnenkort een overstap naar de Rijksoverheid. Wij zijn een rustig, niet-rokend stel dat onze woning netjes en schoon houdt, zowel voor onszelf als voor de verhuurder. Wij hebben geen huisdieren, maar indien mogelijk zouden we graag willen overwegen een kat te nemen. Onze hobby's zijn divers; ik houd van sporten, lezen en videogames, terwijl mijn vriendin geniet van dansen, afspreken met vriendinnen en tekenen. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat wij zorgzame en betrouwbare huurders zouden zijn.
