Hi! We're Marcos and Helena, looking for housing in Zwolle, either separate rooms or a shared apartment, we're flexible either way. We'd love to move in as soon as possible. We're both starting a Master's program at ArtEZ this September, combining our studies with part-time work here in Zwolle. Marcos already has a part-time job at a restaurant in the city, and Helena has retail work experience. Both of us can provide proof of income through our work contracts, and we also have family support backing us up financially, so rent won't be an issue. We're calm, quiet, and tidy people. We don't smoke and don't have pets. In our free time we enjoy relaxed, low-key activities: Marcos is into indie video games, jazz, and creative hobbies like drawing, crafts, and crochet; Helena loves reading and watching series. Neither of us is looking for a party lifestyle. We value a peaceful home. We're currently taking Dutch lessons and can already get by with basic Dutch, with plenty of motivation to keep improving. This would be our first time renting outside our parents' home, so we don't have previous landlord references yet, but we're responsible, communicative, and looking for a stable place to stay long-term, ideally more than just one academic year. Beste heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Mikai, ik ben 22 jaar, docent in opleiding en woon momenteel op kamers in Diemen. Na jaren op kamers gewoond te hebben, ben ik toe aan een plekje dat echt voor mezelf is. Ik zoek in de omgeving van Bussum, aangezien ik daar op het Goois Lyceum stage loop als docent economie. Deze bestaat uit drie dagen per week stage en één dag per week college aan de universiteit. Na de opleiding ben ik van plan om te gaan werken. Mijn inkomsten bestaan uit verdiensten van bijles geven, een stagevergoeding, DUO en een ruime bijdrage van familie. Mijn ouders kunnen garant staan voor het geval ik de huur niet zou kunnen betalen. Dit zal echter niet snel nodig zijn: ik heb een ruime buffer voor het geval ik eventueel inkomsten zou kwijtraken.  Mijn hobby's zijn krachttraining in de sportschool, wandelen in de natuur en reizen. Gedurende de week ben ik veel van huis wegens mijn stage, het sporten en bezoeken aan mijn vriend, die woonachtig is in Doetinchem.  Ik heb in verschillende samenstellingen gewoond in het binnen- en buitenland.
