Wat ik zoek Ik sta open voor zowel een kamer als een studio. Bij een kamer vind ik het fijn als er ruimte is voor gezelligheid met huisgenoten, maar ook voor rust op mezelf. Een studio spreekt me ook aan vanwege de zelfstandigheid als de locatie en sfeer van de buurt maar goed aanvoelen.

We are looking for a property (apartment/studio) with two separate bedrooms, with a combined rental budget of approximately €1,500–€1,850 per month. We are both quiet, tidy, non-smoking and responsible tenants. As we work full-time during weekdays, we appreciate a peaceful home environment and will take good care of the apartment. We respect neighbours and house rules and always pay rent on time. We can provide employment contracts, proof of income, identification documents and, where required, a guarantor.
