Hello! My name is Siham and I am from France. Starting November, I will begin my PhD in Wageningen, and I am looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the duration of my studies (3–4 years). I am a calm and tidy person, not into parties, and I take great care of my home environment. Cleanliness is very important to me, so you can be sure I will always keep the place in excellent condition. Outside of my studies, I enjoy reading, baking pastries, doing sports, and going for walks in nature. I also have a very well-behaved, calm, and clean cat who is used to moving with me — he never causes damage and I always ensure the apartment remains spotless. Overall, I am simply looking for a safe and peaceful home where I can focus on my research.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord and community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 32 years old. My country of origin is Lithuania, EU. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that, briefly speaking, I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing.
