Ik ben geboren in Alkmaar en opgegroeid in Bergen. 2,5 jaar geleden verhuisde ik terug naar Alkmaar en inmiddels heb ik mijn hart aan de stad verloren. Ik hou van de combinatie van de stad en de natuur: een wandeling door de duinen, even naar het strand, over de markt struinen of een speciaalbiertje drinken bij De Boom. Doordeweeks werk ik in de marketing bij een bakkerschool in Zaandam. In mijn vrije tijd wandel, kook en teken ik graag. Om meer betrokken te zijn bij de stad werk ik sinds 2 jaar als vrijwilliger mee aan het magazine van de 8 October Vereniging.
