Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Dian du Plessis, ik ben 20 jaar en start in september met de bachelor Biomedical Sciences aan Maastricht University (FHML). Ik kom uit de regio Eindhoven en ben daarom op zoek naar een kamer of studio in Maastricht of omgeving. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke student. Ik vind het belangrijk om een fijne en rustige woonplek te hebben waar ik mij goed kan focussen op mijn studie. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief en sport ik veel. Daarnaast werk ik naast mijn studie. Mijn budget is maximaal €700 per maand. Ik ben vooral op zoek naar een rustige en nette woonplek waar ik mij prettig kan voelen. Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
