Hi, I’m Maks (20) from Ukraine. I work full-time at the 5-star Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Amsterdam, and my girlfriend Katya (19) studies at Rotterdam University while teaching dance part-time. We’ve been together for over 2.5 years and are looking for a cosy and stable place to call home. We’re a quiet and easy-going couple, mature for our age and very reliable. Both of us are clean, organised, and respectful of others’ space. In our free time, we love cinema, reading, sports, music, and of course dancing — but we also enjoy quiet evenings in more than anything. We each have steady income and savings, so rent will never be a problem. We’re also flexible when it comes to different living situations, whether that’s pets, shared spaces, or other arrangements. Our main goal is to find a nice place where we can settle in for the long term.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.

Mijn naam is Eneas Lang, ik ben 20 jaar en start op 1 september met de opleiding Mechatronica aan Fontys in Eindhoven. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer in Eindhoven. Ik ben een rustige en sociale student en hou van technologie en natuur. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag (fitness en hardlopen), maak ik wandelingen en lees ik. Daarnaast kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om films te kijken of muziek te luisteren. Ik woon inmiddels een jaar zelfstandig in een studio in Heerlen, dus ik ben gewend om mijn eigen huishouden te regelen. Ik kom uit een gezin met vier kinderen, waardoor meehelpen in het huishouden er bij ons van jongs af aan vanzelfsprekend bij hoorde.
