Hello dear ones, I am Carla, I am 28 years old and starting an Internship at a design studio at the Rotterdam harbour. For now it’s planned that I will stay until the 1st of march but I might stay longer if the city wins me over! ((-: 
I am an industrial designer - currently I am working at a studio in Weimar in Germany but it was always my dream to collect some experience in NL, so I randomly decided to just do that haha. I’ll work 40h per week :-( but I am also looking forward to getting to know the city and the people and I appreciate a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere in the apartment, where you can feel like home. So far I’ve always had friendships with my roomies and I like to cook together or watch a show together (especially in cozy wintertime!) If its possible I’d be very happy if we could schedule an online meeting even though I would love to be there in person!

Hi! I'm Chris, 23, originally from Poland. I'm currently doing my Master's in Computer Science, and from September I'll also be starting a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering at TU Delft. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next couple of years while I complete my degrees. I've moved around quite a bit over the past few years, including spending six months in Canada on exchange, so I'm very comfortable living with different people and adapting to new environments. I'm clean, responsible and respectful of other people's privacy and space. My studies keep me pretty busy during the week, so I appreciate having a peaceful home, but I'm definitely not antisocial – I enjoy cooking together, watching a movie, or having a good conversation over dinner. Outside of studying, travelling is probably my biggest passion – I'm currently at 50+ countries and still counting! I also love cooking, movies, exploring new places and meeting people from different backgrounds. I'm a non-smoker and don't have any pets. Alongside my studies, I run my own business and also have a guarantor with a stable income, so I can provide financial security when required. Growing up, I really loved to read, which has turned into a love for movies and good tv shows. When I am not reading or watching movies, I generally love to cook. Other than that, I enjoy crafts and photography a lot. But sometimes you just gotta bed rot and doomscroll, and I am all for that. I am also very pet-friendly and a non-smoker. On the weekends, I'll probably clean all around the house and then go out to explore the town. If my housemates really love board games, that would be a great way for me to bond.
