Dear Future Landlord We’re very interested to rent this room for our son James. He's a friendly, respectful, easygoing young man, really looking forward to starting at Maastricht in September. We live in Portugal, though he recently graduated from an IB high school in America. We can send a “reference” from his guardian in the US if helpful - he stayed with a family there for 2 years finishing high school and very much understands the importance of respecting someone else’s place. James grew up in an international environment, living in Singapore before America and Portugal. He gets along well with people from different backgrounds and is excited to become part of the Maastricht community. Hoi, ik ben Huub, ben 20 en begin in september in Den Haag met met de opleiding Europese Studies. Ik zou graag in Den Haag of Leiden gaan wonen, het liefst met gezellige huisgenoten en ik wil ook lid worden van een studenten(sport)vereniging. I'm Simon (23) and I study sustainable mobility and will be following an internship in Delft next semester (September - February, but I'm a bit flexible on the dates) to experience the bike culture in the Netherlands 🚲✨ I would describe myself as a fun and spontaneous person (biking, camping, swimming etc.), who likes to spend time with friends and love cooking meals together, I play the cello and plan on joining Krashna orchestra or Collegium Musicum in Leiden. I also keep myself busy with climate activism and some local politics in Karlsruhe where I currently study. I am pretty calm, I’m not much into partying as I need to be at my internship five days a week but I’m always down for a spontaneous outing like camping a night at the beach or cycle to a new place to do some exploring. Ik ben net geslaagd en ben op zoek naar een woning in Groningen. Nu woon ik nog in Almelo dit is vrij ver weg van Groningen, hierdoor ben ik dus op zoek naar een woonplek in Groningen.
