 I am looking for a room in The Hague for about one year, as I will start a Master's in Cybersecurity Governance in September. Before that I spent six years in National Intelligence and Risk & Compliance. About me: I am 32 years old and originally from Germany. I spent many years living in shared flats, so I'm very familiar with that. After living in Berlin for seven years, I spent the last year in Barcelona, where I was living with my girlfriend. I am a clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going person who values a relaxed and quiet home. (If not, my girlfriend would have killed me by now) I’m passionate about any kind of sports and enjoy pretty much every kind of live event as well, does not matter if sports, music or whatever. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation.
