Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Noor, ik ben 17 jaar en kom uit Middelburg. Dit collegejaar ga ik starten met de studie biologie aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Gezien de reisafstand tussen Utrecht en Middelburg ben ik dringend opzoek naar een kamer. Als ik geen kamer heb kan ik niet starten aan mijn studie Ik ben sociaal, rustig, een echte dierenvriend en ik rook en drink niet. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik veel ( wedstrijd/open water zwemmen). Daarnaast hou ik erg van films kijken en puzzelen. Ik ben opzoek naar een plek met een fijne sfeer maar waar ik me ook goed op mijn studie kan concentreren. Hopelijk heeft u het plekje voor mij! Ik heb een stabiele inkomstenbron: ik geef bijles aan drie leerlingen, waarmee ik rond €300 per maand verdien. Daarnaast ontvang ik €200 per maand aan ondersteuning van mijn ouders. Thuis had ieder gezinslid een vaste taak, en ik was verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken van mijn kamer, derde verdieping en de badkamer. Daardoor ben ik van jongs af aan gewend om opgeruimd, georganiseerd en hygiënisch te leven. Ik hou niet van insecten, dus ik zorg er altijd voor dat mijn woonruimte schoon blijft en geen etensresten of rommel bevat. Tijdens reizen met vrienden neem ik vanzelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor afwassen, de prullenbak legen, opruimen en het netjes houden van de accommodatie. Dit werd zelfs gewaardeerd door de verhuurder, die mij later een bericht stuurde om te bedanken voor het netjes verlaten van de accommodatie. Daarnaast heb ik werkervaring in cafés en restaurants, waardoor ik gewend ben aan hoge hygiënestandaarden. Ik kan goed moppen, bleken en zorg ervoor dat mijn omgeving altijd netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, respecteer huisregels en ga zorgvuldig om met woonruimte. Zoals ik eerder benoemd, mijn ouders kunnen indien gewenst een referentie of garantstelling geven. Ik heb geen negatieve verhuurgeschiedenis en verhuurders kunnen rekenen op een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder.
