I’m clean, respectful, calm, and reliable with rent. I’m used to shared living and I’m very considerate about noise, cleaning, and giving housemates their own space. I lived with housemates in Dublin Ireland for five years and have landlords reference if necessary. Ideally I’d love a comfortable furnished room, preferably with a double bed and, if possible, an en-suite bathroom, but I’m also very happy to share a bathroom with tidy housemates.
