My name is Lluís. I am a final-year Computer Science student at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) in Barcelona, and I currently work as an AI & Software Developer at EDAG. This September I will begin a two-year MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Maastricht University, so I am looking for a stable, long-term home in the city. A fully furnished, central room like this one is exactly what I need, since I am relocating from abroad and would love to settle in without the hassle of furnishing a place. I would be a reliable tenant and a good housemate. I have a steady income from my current job, so paying the rent and the deposit on time is not a concern, and I am happy to provide any documentation you may need (employment contract, payslips, proof of enrolment, passport/ID). Having already lived abroad during an Erasmus exchange at the University of Antwerp, I am used to sharing a house respectfully, keeping common areas clean and being considerate of the people I live with.
