I prefer to keep a clean living space and received a positive check out report from my previous rental agency (Rotsvast Maastricht) at the end of my recent tenancy. I am an experienced tenant and am using to paying invoices on time, taking care of the space, and communicating quickly and efficiently with the landlord/agency and my neighbors.
