Hi, I'm Marie! I spent the past year in Amsterdam doing my Master's in Digital Business & Innovation at the VU, and I'm not quite ready to let the city go. These days I work as a consultant for a German company, fully remote, so I can take my laptop wherever the coffee is good. My ideal Amsterdam day: a slow morning, a long walk or a bike ride through the city, a glass of natural wine at Glouglou in the evening, drinks at Karavaan or party at Huis van lemand Anders, and every now and then a quiet night in. As a roommate I'm tidy, reliable and quiet. I've lived in shared flats and on my own for six years, mostly in sublets, all without any hiccups. I'm also very social: always up for a chat in the kitchen, a cosy evening together or a party. I just got back from a few weeks in Asia, which reminded me how much I love new people and good stories over coffee!!
