Mijn partner studeert in Wageningen, waardoor Utrecht een ideale woonplaats is in verband met de reistijd, en ik studeer aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Naast onze studie werken wij allebei parttime (ongeveer 32 uur per maand) en beschikken wij over een stabiel inkomen. Indien gewenst kunnen wij inkomensgegevens en aanvullende garanties aanleveren. Wij zijn rustige, nette huurders, niet-rokend, hebben geen huisdieren en zijn ook niet van plan deze te nemen.
