Hi! My name is Maria, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Portugal. I’m moving to Amsterdam in September for a one-year Erasmus internship/thesis project at Amsterdam UMC, as part of my master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place where I can focus on my thesis, keep a stable routine and feel at home. Although I am still a student, my daily routine in Amsterdam will be similar to a working schedule, since I will be carrying out my thesis in a research centre. I also intend to find a part-time job once I move there, as working alongside my studies has been part of my life for several years. Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places.
