Searching for permanent housing

My name is Nea, I’m a 20-year-old Finnish student currently studying International Relations and Organisations at Leiden University. I moved to The Hague last August and have been living in a shared apartment with five flatmates, but since my contract is ending soon, I’m now looking for a new place to live. I’m used to living with others, so I’m respectful, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I also contribute to buying shared household essentials like toilet paper, etc. I don’t smoke or drink, and I generally enjoy cozy nights, although I do like the occasional social night out. out. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at my university as part of the exam hall crew, where I assist in setting up examination spaces. In addition, I receive financial support from Finland. I also have personal savings. I’d describe myself as open and active. I like staying busy, and I’m always down to try new activities. I go to the gym regularly, and in my free time I also like watching football, listening to music, and watching movies. I also spend a good amount of time studying and keeping up with my readings. I can be a little shy at first, but once I get comfortable, I’m really easygoing and chill. As a roommate, I’m looking for people who respect each other’s privacy and personal space, but are also up for a quick chat or hanging out now and then. I am particularly motivated to secure this housing because having a stable and comfortable place to live would allow me to fully focus on my studies. I am also enrolled in an honours programme alongside my degree, which requires additional commitment. Having a suitable living environment would strongly support my academic success.
