I am a very cleanly, tidy and decent tenant, flat-mate and neighbour. It's only myself - no pets, no partner, no guests, no parties, no rubbish piled up in corridors, no rent delays, no drama. Just a hard-working professional, very considerate individual and decent flat-/house- mate I am currently in a hotel near Kurhaus / Scheveningen, and I would like to move in to my rented space as soon as possible.
