Hey! Ik ben Quinn, 18 jaar oud. Ik ben iemand die altijd wel in is voor spontane plannen, of dat nou een concert op een doordeweekse avond is of impulsief een reis door Centraal-Amerika (dit is ook echt gebeurd). Vanaf komend studiejaar begin ik aan de bachelor Spatial Planning and Design aan de RUG. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een kamer in Groningen. Momenteel woon ik nog wat verder weg, waardoor dagelijks heen en weer reizen niet echt realistisch is. Ik vind het leuk om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen en ben daardoor altijd met wel iets bezig. Een paar dingen waar ik altijd enthousiast van word zijn: - Live muziek – Ik ga graag naar concerten en ben er vaak bij als er iets interessants speelt. Soms iets té fanatiek; ik heb een periode gehad waarin ik vijf weekenden achter elkaar naar een concert of evenement ging. Sporten – Actief bezig zijn en mezelf uitdagen vind ik belangrijk. Ik ben trots op het overleven van een gymrace en wil eigelijk ook nog heel graag de mudrun doen. Handwerk – Van houtbewerking tot schilderen, ik vind het leuk om dingen te maken of te fixen. - Reizen – Nieuwe plekken ontdekken blijft één van mijn favoriete dingen. Van 2 maanden solo reizen door Centraal-Amerika tot met vrienden de Camino lopen in Spanje. ik ben altijd wel in voor een avontuur. Toch zijn het voor mij uiteindelijk vooral de mensen die iets leuk maken. Ik vind het leuk om nieuwe mensen te leren kennen en samen dingen te doen. Of het nou iets is wat ik al jaren doe of iets compleet nieuws, zolang het gezellig is heb ik meestal wel interesse. Ik ben iemand die vaak gewoon “ja” zegt tegen spontane plannen. Als persoon ben ik sociaal en energiek, maar ik heb ook rust nodig. Ik zoek daarom een huis waar af en toe samen iets gedaan wordt, maar waar ook ruimte is voor je eigen ding. Niet constant drukte, maar ook zeker geen stil huis. Als huisgenoot ben ik netjes en houd ik rekening met anderen. Ik doe mijn deel in het huishouden en vind het leuk om af en toe samen te eten of te praten, maar respecteer ook ieders ruimte. Hallo! Mijn naam is David, ik ben 21 jaar en ik ben op het moment bezig met het afronden van mijn bachelor Civil Engineering aan Universiteit Twente. De volgende stap is de master Civil Engineering met de track Traffic and Transport Engineering aan de TU Delft. Ik woon nu bij mijn ouders in Hengelo, op 20 min fietsafstand van de UT. Echter heb ik ook een half jaar in Delft op kamers gewoond (met nog een andere huisgenoot) voor mijn minor. Ik heb dus ervaring met op mezelf wonen, kan goed koken (al zeg ik het zelf) en ben over het algemeen best zelfstandig. Naast studeren spreek ik ook graag af met vrienden om te gaan wielrennen en af en toe te padellen. Right now I'm enjoying the last months of my voluntary year in Argentina, where I live together with 30 teenage boys and accompany them through their daily life. This experience is actually what made me want to study psychology – it made me realize I want to work with and for people later on. In ben lid van de survivalrunvereniging, en ik doe zelf graag salto's op de trampoline (en op de grond). Op robertsgym . com heb ik heb een kleine website waar ik soms wat sport dingetjes op zet. Ik hou van pianospelen (en van onze hond Luna, zie foto). Ik heb vier broers en zussen. Twee daarvan studeren er ook aan de UT. Spelletjes vind ik erg leuk, met name stratego en schaken (en de Rubik's cube) heb ik veel gedaan. Het groen van de omgeving op de Campus spreekt me erg aan.

Ik ben een 6 VWO leerling uit Kerkrade (Zuid-Limburg) en ga Werktuigbouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft. Rondom deze omgeving zoek ik daarom ook een kamer! Bekijk zeker mn foto's ! ! Ik ben een vrij rustig persoon, maar niet ongezellig (hoop ik). Ik spreek graag met vrienden af om wat te eten of om te sporten: ik boulder graag met hun, heb lang gevoetbald (en als vrijwilliger gewerkt als jeugdtrainer) en doe ook aan krachttraining. Buiten sportieve hobby's ben ik ook graag creatief bezig: naaien, video-editen (je ziet me in een kantooroutfit in Heerlen-Centrum voor een videoproject) en grafisch ontwerp zijn allemaal dingen waar ik me bezig heb gehouden. Verder ga ik ook graag naar concerten: ik luister veel genres, maar de concerten waar ik heenga zijn vooral opkomende artiesten in de underground rap of edm scene (2hollis, fakemink, Frost Children, Underscores, etc..). Ik hoef niet per se een fan te zijn om mee te gaan, ga namelijk ook vaak gewoon met vrienden naar artiesten die ik niet goed ken. Het feit dat ik vrij rustig zal zijn komt ook doordat ik een gefocust student ben: het gymnasium heb ik met een 8,8 afgerond. Ik heb lang gezeten bij de debatvertegenwoordiging van school en heb veel gedaan met MEP (Model European Parliament). Ook heb ik meegedaan aan Olympiades, het Technasium (O&O) afgerond en veel wedstrijden (bv. wiskunde wedstrijden) gedaan voor school. Verder ben ik als Chinees in Nederland opgegroeid: thuis spreken we Chinees en eten we Chinees. Ik heb ook lang gezeten op de Chinese school, vanaf al zolang ik dingen kan onthouden eigenlijk. Grappig feitje: ik heb hierdoor pas 2 jaar geleden met mes en vork leren eten. Als lezer wil ik u/jou vooral meegeven dat ik, ongeacht wat er van mij verwacht wordt als huurder, me goed kan aanpassen aan de wensen van de verhuurder. Ik hoop u/jou hiermee voldoende overtuigd te hebben en mocht u/je een kamer aan mij willen bieden, graag :))
