Hello roommate/landlord! My name is Ilinca and I am an 18 year old Romanian girl. I will be starting my bachelor's degree in computer science at TU/e in September this year. I am looking for either a room or a studio, prefferably "in the ring" or at least close to it. The starting date of the renting contract can be anytime before the start of the school year, as I don't mind paying for rent a few months in advance (even if I won't be living there until late August.) As a housemate I am a sociable and generally easygoing type of person, but I also like keeping things organised and tidy. I am always down to have a chat over a cup of coffee or to take part in any sort of social activity, but since I have experienced living with others before, I also know how important it is to respect their need for personal space and quiet time. Besides spending time on my studies, I enjoy staying active by playing sports like tennis or volleyball, and I like to maintain a generally healthy lifestyle, so I don't smoke. I ride a roadbike, run a lot, and love playing volleyball or beach volleyball with friends. Besides sports, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing in the evenings with a few beers and card games, or cooking together with others.
