Hi, I’m Niklas. I’m 24 years old and studying architecture. I’m currently about to finish my bachelor’s degree at RWTH Aachen University in Germany. I’ve been accepted into the master’s program at TU Delft and will be starting my studies next semester. That’s why I’m looking for a place to live in Delft. I’m preferably looking for a long-term rental starting in August. A few facts about me: I’m an active guy who really enjoys sports. I ride a roadbike, run a lot, and love playing volleyball or beach volleyball with friends. Besides sports, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing in the evenings with a few beers and card games, or cooking together with others. 1. Who I am ------------------------------------------------------- Hi there! My name is Ella, I am 21 years old, and from Ireland. I have been living in the Netherlands for three years now in Maastricht, and am moving to Amsterdam to complete my masters degree. I would describe myself as a studious, friendly and fun person. I spend quite a lot of time studing but also enjoy a good life balance too. 2. What I do ------------------------------------------------------- I am currently enrolled in the Law and Finance Masters programme at the University of Amsterdam. I studied International and European Law for my bachelor in the south of the Netherlands. I work part-time for three days a week alongside my studies at a Dutch law firm. I also work for four organisations: International bar association, international legal research fund, homelessness rights centre and student investments association. I am an English teacher to Ukrainian children but also work as a private estate manager in the summertime. 3. What I like to do ------------------------------------------------------- Daily, I enjoy waking up early and catching the quietness that comes with the morning. I also like to attend the gym for yoga and general fitness, in addition to a lot of evening walks. When I am not working, studying or partaking in voluntary work, I like spending time with friends but also baking and learning about philosophy and the Dutch language.

I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I’m flexible with the move-in date and would also happily move in immediately.

I am experienced with living alone as well as living with roommates and have never had negative encounters with landlords or my roommates (if anything I've found my best friends in my last shared apartment).
