Hi! I’m Matthias, 25, from Germany. In September I’m starting the pre-master’s in human centered intelligence systems at Radboud University, and I’ll continue straight into the master’s afterwards. That means I’m looking for a home for around three years, not just for one semester. I’d like to move in around 15. August, but I’m flexible on the starting date. What I’m looking for: a self-contained studio or small apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom, up to €1100 per month including service costs. Anywhere in Nijmegen or nearby. About me: I’m quiet and tidy. I study at home a lot, I don’t throw parties and I have no pets. My hobbies are traveling, reading and racket-sports. Financially, my parents act as guarantors. I can provide proof of enrolment, a guarantor statement with income documents and bank statements immediately, and a two-month deposit is no problem. I don’t speak Dutch yet, but I’m starting a course at the university in September. Until then I’m happy to communicate in English or German. I can come to Nijmegen for a viewing at short notice, including on weekdays, and I’m also happy to do an online viewing first.
