Hallo! Ik ben Themida. Ik heb onlangs mijn geneeskundestudie in Groningen afgerond en ben nu werkzaam als arts-onderzoeker bij de afdeling neurochirurgie van het LUMC. Tegelijkertijd ga ik een politicologie master volgen. Misschien is het handig om te weten dat ik erg georganiseerd ben en mijn huis goed onderhoud. Ik heb een rustig leven en werk graag samen met de gemeenschap om me heen. Mijn hobby's draaien voornamelijk om sport, maar ik geniet ook van koken en het lezen van geschiedenisboeken.

Hoi! Ik ga komend jaar bouwkunde studeren aan de TU Delft en daarom zoek ik een kamer! Hi everyone! I’m Nils, 24, and about to start my Master’s degree (Modern and Contemporary History) in Utrecht after wrapping up my Bachelor’s in Political Science and History. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in gastronomy as a bartender and waiter – first in my father's restaurant back in Nuremberg and later while studying in Mainz. It keeps me on my toes, makes me easy to talk to, and taught me how to actually keep things clean without being weird about it. Having lived in WGs for the past 4 years, I know how shared flats work: I completely respect personal space, but I’m always down for cooking together, grabbing a cold beer, or having a good chat in the kitchen (I also love cooking for people while trying out new recipes). When I’m not studying or working, I’m usually into photography, music, and politics. I’ve been more or less active in grassroots politics for years, through which I’ve met incredible people and gained new perspectives, keeping me pretty open-minded and engaged with what’s going on around me. I would describe myself as a cheerful, easy-going and open-minded person. I really enjoy spending time with others, for example cooking, dinners, or playing board games, but I also value my own space and I’m very independent. Sometimes I also like going to the gym or doing some physical activity! At the moment I’m temporarily living with a host family in Nieuwegein, but I would really love to move closer to Utrecht, both for convenience with the university and because I’ve always dreamed of living in a student house.
