My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. Hallo! Ik ben Ivash, een 19-jarige student en ik ga dit jaar beginnen met de studie Industrial Design Engineering aan de Universiteit Twente. Ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool en ben altijd in voor sportieve activiteiten. Daarom ga ik natuurlijk zodra ik kan bij een sportvereniging aansluiten. Daarnaast ben ik gek op (bord)spellen en zeg ik nooit nee tegen een gezellige avond samen. Momenteel heb ik een tussenjaar en werk ik als ober in een lunchroom. Daar vind ik het superleuk om met collega’s en klanten te praten en nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. From the beginning of September 2026 until the beginning or middle of February 2027 I'll be doing an internship in an NGO in the middle of Amsterdam – and I'm looking for a room for that period. I'd describe myself as outgoing, open-minded and energetic, but I equally enjoy calm and cozy evenings at home. I love music (playing and listening), spending time in nature, and sports like running and climbing. As a housemate I'm easy to live with: clean, respectful of shared spaces, and I do my part without having to be asked.
