Ik ben niet-roker, netjes en respectvol, en heb alle benodigde documenten klaar (inschrijfbewijs, ID, inkomensbewijs, verzekering). Ik kan 2–3 maanden huur voorschieten en beschik over een ouderlijke borg. Ik ben 4–7 augustus in Nederland voor bezichtigingen en kan snel een huurcontract ondertekenen.
