Geachte heer/mevrouw, Mijn naam is Stella Tran en ik volg momenteel een masteropleiding aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, bij het International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in Den Haag. Ik ben op zoek naar een nette, comfortabele woning voor de langere termijn, bij voorkeur beschikbaar vanaf 1 september 2026. Ik ben een rustige, nette, verantwoordelijke en niet-rokende huurder. Ik hecht veel waarde aan een schone en prettige woonomgeving. Naast mijn studie werk ik parttime en beschik ik over een geldige Nederlandse werkvergunning. Op verzoek kan ik alle benodigde documenten aanleveren, zoals een inschrijfbewijs van de universiteit, inkomensgegevens en identificatie. Daarnaast heb ik een financiële garantsteller in Nederland. Dit is mijn tante, die al meer dan 30 jaar in Nederland woont en werkt. Mijn woonwensen zijn als volgt: • Locatie: In de buurt van de Torenstraat, bij voorkeur binnen een straal van 1 km, of in postcodegebied 2518 of 2516. • Budget: Bij voorkeur rond de €750 per maand, maar ik sta open voor woningen tot €850 per maand. • Type woning: Een studio heeft mijn voorkeur. Minimaal zou ik graag een woonruimte met een eigen badkamer willen hebben. • Huurtoeslag: Bij voorkeur voldoet de woonruimte aan de voorwaarden om huurtoeslag aan te kunnen vragen. Nieuwe stad, nieuwe studie, nieuwe mensen — daar heb ik zin in! Ik ben Floris, bijna 18, uit Liempde (NB) en ik start deze zomer met Geschiedenis aan de Universiteit Utrecht.
