My name is Giulia; I was born and raised in Genoa, Italy. Ever since I was a child, I’ve always dreamed of moving abroad to build a life in a new, international, and open-minded country. In recent years, I’ve managed to turn this dream into a concrete plan, deeply convinced that the Netherlands is the perfect place for me. What attracts me to this country is the people's open-mindedness and the balanced, independent lifestyle. I’ve already visited the country twice, including a cultural exchange where I got a taste of an environment where I see myself growing and studying. The main reason for my move would be the psychology program I’d like to pursue at the University of Leiden, one of the best in Europe. In addition, the campus is located next to the ice skating rink—the sport of my dreams, which I am unable to practice in Italy. So living in Leiden would allow me to study the subject I love and practice the sport I’ve always been passionate about, but have never been able to pursue competitively. For all these reasons, finding a home in the Netherlands is not just a logistical necessity, but a way to realize my life plan. I wish to settle in a quiet and welcoming environment, and as a responsible, organized, and tidy person, it would be an honor to take care of the home as if it were my own. Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Julius, ik ben 23 jaar oud en ik stel mijzelf graag aan u voor als uw nieuwe, betrouwbare huurder. Per 1 juli 2026 ben ik op zoek naar een fijne (boven)kamer in Hilversum van minimaal 12 m². Omdat ik een nette laminaatvloer erg mooi vind, gaat mijn voorkeur hiernaar uit. Daarnaast verplaats ik mijzelf dagelijks op de scooter; een tuin of een veilige schuur/berging waar ik deze kan stallen, zou voor mij echt een uitkomst zijn. Op dit moment zit ik in de absolute afrondingsfase van mijn studie Junior Accountmanager. Stilzitten is niks voor mij, dus daarnaast steek ik graag de handen uit de mouwen als assistent klantenservice bij de Albert Heijn in Kerkelanden. Na mijn afstuderen wil ik meteen fulltime aan de slag bij een accountantskantoor of administratiekantoor. Dit geeft mij niet alleen een mooie uitdaging, maar biedt u als verhuurder ook de zekerheid van een stabiel en vast inkomen. De keuze voor Hilversum is voor mij heel bewust. Ik houd van de gezelligheid en de dynamiek van de stad, maar waardeer ook de centrale ligging. Het is voor mij de perfecte uitvalsbasis om snel op mijn werk te zijn of vrienden te bezoeken. In het dagelijks leven ben ik een rustige, volwassen en sociale jongen. Ik vind het heerlijk om mijn eigen gang te gaan, maar ik draag ook graag mijn steentje bij aan een fijn leefklimaat in huis. Een schoon en opgeruimd huis vind ik erg belangrijk.
