21-year-old French Master’s graduate, currently looking for a long-term home in the Netherlands. I’m clean, respectful, responsible and easy-going. I enjoy a calm and comfortable living environment and always take good care of the place I live in.

I am currently searching for accommodation between Arnhem and Doetinchem for better commute for my work at Doetinchem. I started study abroad since the age of 9. At age of 12, I started study abroad by myself in the United States where I have lived with different teachers/students famility house and dormatory for 7 years. Since then, I have spent 2 years in millitary and moved to the Netherlands where I lived in shared house for years. My experience of living in multiple shared house for over dozen years with diverse culture and people provided me with understanding the basis of living with others. I am from Korea but have been using English since 9. Additionally, I have begun studying Dutch, though I am not yet proficient. I am a quiet, non-smoking or drinking individual who values cleanliness and respects of privacy. I do not organize indoor parties and am accustomed to living with people from any backgrounds. I am open for dinner or small talk in the evening but working as AI engineer, I will spend most times working at my room or at going to work.

First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
