Hello! I'm Georgia, I'm 22 and will be moving to complete a year at VU, arriving on 31st August. Alongside uni I plan on working part time, I do already have a job lined up for once I am settled and so registration will be necessary for my search! I currently study at the University of Manchester, I love cooking, travelling, music and anything creative! I am hoping to find a room in a house with people who are fun and easy-going, I love making friends and socialising, but I also love being independent so a balance would be amazing- Although the search seems difficult at the moment, so if I'm being honest I am not fussy at all- please let me live in your house !! I'm looking for somewhere from September 2026 to June/ July 2027 ideally with a budget of around 900eur per month (with bills), and do not mind living a bit further out of the city. Financieel ben ik stabiel: ik word ondersteund door mijn ouders en werk daarnaast remote voor mijn vorige universiteit. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, gym, fietsen, zeilen, en ik kook regelmatig voor vrienden. Doordeweeks ben ik meestal rustig thuis, maar in het weekend ga ik graag uit of spreek ik af met mensen. I am Jayana, and I will be starting my Research Master in Art History at Utrecht University this September. Now, my next step is to find a new room to call home in or around Utrecht! I hold dual nationality, Swiss and Portuguese, which makes me an EU citizen. I also wanted to mention that I speak English, French, and a bit of German. A little about me: I just finished my Bachelor's degree at the University of Groningen, where I lived for 3 years in a shared flat with 5 other international girls, and I genuinely loved it. I found a family abroad and would love to do that again. I know exactly how to share a flat: I'm tidy, clean, and respectful of everyone's space, while also being sociable and open to building real friendships with my future roommates, not just living under the same roof. I love a night out, but I'm just as happy spending an evening at home playing board games. I'm also quite active; hiking, swimming, biking, or trying out any new sport are things I really enjoy, so I'd be a great sports buddy too! Since my master's programme runs for 2 years, I am looking for a place to stay for the full 2 years, ideally with the possibility to register. Regarding rent payment: I have worked and saved enough to sustain myself. On top of that, my father would gladly act as my guarantor, and my mother is also able to help.
