I’m a 28-year-old working master’s student/professional currently living in Groningen. I am studying Sustainable Energy System Management and have a professional background in civil engineering and project management. I’m already fully settled in the Netherlands and registered here, with a BSN and Dutch bank account. I also continue to have income and financial assets from the United States and can provide documentation demonstrating sufficient financial means and the ability to comfortably meet the rental obligations. I’m a responsible, clean and respectful tenant and am looking for a comfortable home in Groningen where I can live during my studies and professional life here. I can provide all necessary documentation promptly, including proof of enrolment, identification/residence documents, proof of income and financial means, and other supporting documents if required.
