Hello everybody, I’m Alex (26) and recently finished my masters at the TU Delft, and just got a job in Amsterdam. So far, I’ve not only shared apartments during my student live to save money but to also do activities with my flatmates. From just talking in the evenings, playing board games to going out together etc. and I would like to continue doing so. But of course, everybody needs his/her privacy as well, especially after long days at work. I’d describe myself as a clean and tidy person and I'd like my roommates to contribute to a clean flat as well. In my spare time, I love to go to the cinema and do/watch all sorts of sports, primarily football. When it comes to movies, I am always down to watch one and ususally go to the cinema at least once but usually multiple times a week. When I'm out and about, you'll usually also catch me carry around one of my analoge cameras, with which I love to take mediocre pictures. A little perk I bring as an housemate is my sewing machine. So if any clothes need to be fixed or altered, or you have an idea for a more elaborate project, just knock on my door (For more elaborate sewing projects, my success rate is probably around 50 %, so don't get too crazy ideas lol). If you believe that I could be a great addition to your flat and/or have any questions, let me know. In terms of viewings, I'm just abt to leave the country as we speak, so I might have to resort to an online viewing at first, depending on when the exact date would be. Ik ben actief bezig met het vinden van een extra bijbaan naast mijn huidige werk. Daardoor ben ik van jongs af aan gewend om opgeruimd, georganiseerd en hygiënisch te leven. Ik hou niet van insecten, dus ik zorg er altijd voor dat mijn woonruimte schoon blijft en geen etensresten of rommel bevat. Tijdens reizen met vrienden neem ik vanzelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor afwassen, de prullenbak legen, opruimen en het netjes houden van de accommodatie. Dit werd zelfs gewaardeerd door de verhuurder, die mij later een bericht stuurde om te bedanken voor het netjes verlaten van de accommodatie. Daarnaast heb ik werkervaring in cafés en restaurants, waardoor ik gewend ben aan hoge hygiënestandaarden. Ik kan goed moppen, bleken en zorg ervoor dat mijn omgeving altijd netjes en schoon blijft. Ik ben verantwoordelijk, respecteer huisregels en ga zorgvuldig om met woonruimte. Zoals ik eerder benoemd, mijn ouders kunnen indien gewenst een referentie of garantstelling geven. Ik heb geen negatieve verhuurgeschiedenis en verhuurders kunnen rekenen op een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder.
