I’m Caro from Cologne, Germany and I’ll be starting my Master’s at Leiden University in International Organisation this September (but I am already willing to pay rent for August). I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and worked alongside my studies for quite some time at a the radio. I love staying active and trying out new sports aparte form going to the gym, cooking, travelling (especially in Europe & Latin America), spending time with friends and I’m always up for a spontaneous coffee or beer. ☕️ I have lived in different cultural environments (for example, for over a year for my studies in Mexico) in shared flats and I enjoy getting to know new people, cooking together and going out for a beer with my roomies once in a while. 🍺 And also I’m tidy and respectful!

I will be starting my studies in Industrial Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) this year, and I am currently looking for a place to live for the duration of my studies. I am an Italian national, currently residing in Spain, and I am preparing my relocation to the Netherlands in good time. I would describe myself as a tidy, clean and responsible tenant. I take great care of the spaces I live in, I am respectful of neighbours and house rules, and I am committed to being a reliable and trustworthy tenant throughout my stay. I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether the property is still available, the monthly rent and any additional costs, the available move-in date, and the minimum rental period. Mijn naam is Floris. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een fijne studio, woning of kamer waar ik me echt thuis kan voelen. Vanaf september begin ik aan de bachelor Geschiedenis aan de universiteit. Dat is een nieuwe stap waar ik ontzettend naar uitkijk, en daarom hoop ik een prettige plek te vinden om deze periode van mijn leven te starten. Ik ben een rustig, sociaal en verantwoordelijk persoon. Ik houd mijn woonruimte graag netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening te houden met de mensen om me heen. Een fijne en respectvolle woonomgeving betekent veel voor mij. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak te vinden op het voetbalveld of in de sportschool. Daarnaast luister ik graag naar muziek (uiteraard met een koptelefoon) en bezoek ik regelmatig een filmhuis. Ik geniet van een rustige en gezellige sfeer en ben geen feestganger. Ik hoop dat u mij de kans wilt geven om kennis te maken. Het zou voor mij heel bijzonder zijn om van deze studio of woning mijn nieuwe thuis te mogen maken. Hoi! Ik ben Lilah. Eind augustus word ik 18 jaar. Ik ben in Duitsland geboren en woon al 10 jaar in Den Haag en spreek Nederlands. Mijn ouders zijn Frans en Kameroens. Op 1 september 2026 begin ik aan mijn studie psychologie aan de Radboud Universiteit en ben op zoek naar woonruimte in Nijmegen. Mijn ouders werken allebei in Den Haag en zullen zich voor mij garant stellen. Ik kan me makkelijk aanpassen aan een nieuwe omgevingen en nieuwe mensen. Ik houd van creatieve activiteiten (pottenbakken, tekenen, enz.), naar de sportschool en naar concerten gaan, en tijd doorbrengen met mijn vrienden en familie. Maar ik geniet net zo goed van rustige momenten waarop ik me op mijn studie kan concentreren. Ik pas heel regelmatig op kinderen en huisdieren, en ik vind het heerlijk om met onze hond te wandelen.
