I’m 26y and I’ll be starting a two-year Master's in Research Psychology at the University of Groningen this September :) If everything goes according to plan, I’d also like to continue with a PhD afterwards, so I’m looking for a place where I can stay long-term. My daily routine pretty much looks like this: some exercise/sports in the morning, the classes during the day and here and there working in the evening (mostly likely babysitting). I have a good amount of savings and I also receive financial support from my family.

I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor. I've lived in France, the US, Scotland, and the UAE, which has given me the chance to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. I think that's made it pretty easy for me to connect with others and feel at home in new places. At home, I like keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm always happy to hang out or cook together, but I also appreciate everyone's own space just as I appreciate mine. I naturally clean up after myself and believe the state of your house reflects your state of mind.

They live in Hungary; they graduated this year and prefer to continue their studies in the Netherlands. They are responsible, non-smoking students who intend to focus on their education and to remain reliable tenants throughout the entire rental period. I therefore wish to reassure you that we (Lili’s parents) and Andor’s parents will provide the financial support necessary to ensure that all obligations under the tenancy agreement are fulfilled. Should it become necessary, we guarantee the timely payment of: • the monthly rent; • the security deposit; • utility charges, where applicable; and • any other contractual financial obligations arising from the tenancy agreement.
