Dit is mijn tante, die al meer dan 30 jaar in Nederland woont en werkt. Mijn woonwensen zijn als volgt: • Locatie: In de buurt van de Torenstraat, bij voorkeur binnen een straal van 1 km, of in postcodegebied 2518 of 2516. • Budget: Bij voorkeur rond de €750 per maand, maar ik sta open voor woningen tot €850 per maand. • Type woning: Een studio heeft mijn voorkeur. Minimaal zou ik graag een woonruimte met een eigen badkamer willen hebben. • Huurtoeslag: Bij voorkeur voldoet de woonruimte aan de voorwaarden om huurtoeslag aan te kunnen vragen.
