Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. In mijn huidige woning heb ik een goede band met mijn buren en ben ik sociaal betrokken in de woonomgeving. Ik vind het belangrijk om prettig te wonen en een rustige, nette leefomgeving te behouden. Indien gewenst kan een ouder garant staan met een jaarinkomen van €83.000.
