( Not noisy person, not listening music loud, not singing loud to disturb people), no pets, no visitors, friends, etc in the house, no smoke and alcohol, wine, drugs, etc. Clean, silent, respectful person, care for the place as for my own home, young 26 years old, male but before lived also in mix gender rent. I have work contract, have previous rent contact, registered and need registration. Payments always done in time, Can prove my last rent payments one by one paid in time.

I'm studying international Bachelor's of Psychology. Alongside my studies I play handball and cricket with the university associations. I also play basketball for fun and love cycling. I also love cooking for myself and use it as a break for myself from studies. I'm quite clean and keep to myself in my room but don't mind having chill roommates.
