Hello there! :) I’m Stella, 25, Italian, and currently living in France, where I’ve just completed my Master’s degree in Economics. I’ll be moving to the Netherlands in October to start a new Master, and I’m currently looking for a room in Leiden, The Hague, or the surrounding areas, with a budget of up to €800/month. I’m a sociable and community-oriented person and I really enjoy having a nice atmosphere at home. From 1 October I will be starting a PhD in the same field at Leiden University, on a funded four year contract. I am currently renting in Leiden and I am looking to move because my contract is coming to an end. I would be renting on my own. Outside of work I like to travel and read, and I am quite active: I play several team sports and go to the gym regularly. Sport is a big part of my routine, which means I am out of the house a fair amount and keep fairly regular hours. I am a sociable but quiet tenant, and I take care of the place I live in. As for reliability, I have rented in the Netherlands for the past two years without any issues, and I am happy to provide a reference from my current landlord. I do not smoke and I have no pets.
