My name is Celeste, I'm 21 years old and I'm from Parma, Italy. In September I'll be starting a Master's degree in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam. I've been living with roommates for the past three years while studying in Milan, so I'm very used to sharing living with both girls and boys (I can provide references if needed). First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. During my gap year in Asia last year I discovered a lot of new food and flavors, so I sometimes like recreating Asian dishes at home as well. Traveling is generally something I kinda found my passion with, exploring new cultures, traditions seeing beautiful nature and meeting new people :) A little hobby of mine is doing pictures with the old camera of my dad and capturing my favorite moments with it. I currently work at Poke Perfect in the city, which I really enjoy. Both at work and while playing tennis I’m often surrounded by Dutch people, so I’ve been trying to learn Dutch step by step and Duolingo is also reminding me everyday🤪. For me, a good balance in a shared apartment is really important: having time and space for yourself, but also enjoying spontaneous chats in the kitchen, movie nights, cooking together or just having a funny evening together. Cleanliness is also something that’s important to me. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and making sure everyone feels comfortable in the house. I’m flexible with the move-in date and would also happily move in immediately.
