I speak Mandarin, German and English fluently. Cleanliness and openness, especially when it comes to communication within the household, are extremely important to me, as I view them as essential for a harmonic living space, both between tenant and landlord and especially amongst roommates. Waarom ik geschikt ben als huurder; Ik ben een 25-jarige man en woon inmiddels ruim 5 jaar zelfstandig in Utrecht. Mijn eerste 3,5 jaar woonde ik via Kamernet in een studio op het Utrecht Science Park. Daarna heb ik 2 jaar een appartement gehuurd met een huurcontract voor bepaalde tijd. Dit contract loopt af op 01-05-2026. Van mijn huidige verhuurder heb ik een positieve huurdersverklaring en in overleg is een eerdere overstap naar een nieuwe woning mogelijk. In september start mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Journalistiek aan de Hogeschool Utrecht. Ik ben daarom op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn (5–10 jaar), zodat ik mijn werkzame en sociale leven verder kan opbouwen in en rondom Utrecht. I've been living and finished high school in the Hague, now transitioning to Utrecht since being admitted to the CPS programme. I am a calm, responsible and sport loving person. I play hockey and badminton hoping to continue both at university. I am a girl who can keep a space clean and organised, while also being reliable when it comes to other responsibilities.
