EN: Hi! I'm Nicolò, 25, originally from Milan. I hold a master's in Finance and have been living in Utrecht since 2025. I'm currently working part-time and actively interviewing for a full-time role in my field, so I have a stable income now and a full-time position on the horizon. I'm searching in two ways: for a single room for myself, or — even better — for an apartment to share with two close friends. We've already agreed to move in together, and both of them already hold stable, permanent employment contracts, so for a 2–3 bedroom place we're a ready-made and financially solid group of tenants. As a housemate and tenant I'm tidy and quiet, and I treat shared spaces and house rules with respect. I'm a non-smoker, I keep regular hours, and I'm the type who washes up the same evening rather than "tomorrow." I'm easy-going and sociable, and I genuinely enjoy cooking (Italian, naturally), so housemates rarely complain. On guarantees: my father is available as a guarantor, I can provide proof of income and employment, and I'm able to prepay several months of rent in advance if that helps. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang en sociaal, en ik kook graag (Italiaans, uiteraard), dus huisgenoten klagen zelden. Wat betreft garanties: mijn vader kan optreden als garantsteller, ik kan bewijs van inkomen en werk aanleveren, en ik kan indien gewenst meerdere maanden huur vooruitbetalen.
