I just finished my MSc in International Financial Management at the University of Groningen, and I'm now in the transition from studies into my first proper job in finance and analytics. I'm giving up my room in Groningen at the end of April and looking for a place for up to six months while I settle into work. I can move in as soon as possible and I'm flexible on the exact start date. On the practical side: rent is fully covered. My parents are supporting me through this transition period, and I'm happy to provide proof of funds or a guarantor if that's useful. I may also pick up a small side job in the meantime for a bit more independence. As a housemate I'm tidy, I like having a routine, and I'm easy to live with. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets. My days will mostly be looking for work, going to the gym, and quiet evenings at home. Dear All, My name is Maxime, I look forward to studying Industrial Engineering at Twente University from this September onwards, and I am therefore looking for welcoming shared apartment in Enschede that I can call home during my studies. I am 19 years old and have lived in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, for the past 18 years, where I attended both English- and German-language schools. I am a German national by origin and therefore often spent my summer holidays in southern Germany, in the Black Forest and the Alpine area south of Munich. Another passion of mine is solving Rubik’s cubes in all kinds of shapes, sizes and styles—so if anyone in the house ever has a cube that needs solving, I will be happy to help!
