Ik ben Bram, 23 jaar oud en woon in Utrecht. Ik heb daar ook gestudeerd, en werk nu bij Essent als software developer. Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie. Indien gewenst kan ik een referentie van mijn huidige verhuurder aanleveren. Wat een ruimte/woning betreft ben ik al zeer tevreden met een rustige kamer van in ieder geval 10 m2, met eventueel een kitchenette.
