Ik ben Laura, 21 jaar (bijna 22) en ik kom uit Burgum, een dorpje in Friesland. Ik heb vorig jaar mijn Bachelor Geneeskunde behaald en ben nu heerlijk aan het genieten van mijn tussenjaar. Ik ben zeker niet nieuw in Gro, want heb er al een jaar op kamers gewoond :) Vanwege corona ben ik weer naar thth gegaan, maar ben altijd wel 2/3 keer per week in Gro te vinden bij vriendinnen 🍷 Om mijn sociale leventje verder uit te breiden ga ik vanaf september tennissen bij GSTC. Ik ben opzoek naar een gezellige nieuwe woonplek na straks 7 maanden reizen (iets luxer dan de backpackers hostels hoop ik 😛). Ik vind het gezellig om samen te eten en activiteiten te organiseren, maar ik hou er ook van om mijn eigen ding te doen & soms een rustig plekje te hebben na een drukke stagedag. Iets over mezelf. Ik spreek vaak met vriendinnetjes af, vind het gezellig om spelletjes te spelen of een avondje te wijnen in de stad. Vroeger heb ik gevoetbald, maar vanwege een knieblessure gaat dit helaas niet meer. Dus wil ik graag het tennissen weer op pakken. Ook wintersport sla ik niet over. Im a BSc Psychology student at Leiden, where Ive lived for the better of the last 3.5 years. Im pretty much finished with my degree and am just doing some extracurricular work and internships all over the place before I do my master in Utrecht. Before I did my Bachelor I really wanted to become a chef, so cooking is still one of my favorite hobbies. Besides, I boulder on the occasion and do kickboxing. Im a huge music nerd and I consistently work as an English tutor which is great fun, but Ive also done all sorts of jobs you could encounter as a student ;) Ive lived in all sorts of living arrangments so far, from alone to 8+ people, and have enjoyed them all. I think im pretty adaptable but I know well enough that there are some things, like a cleaning schedule for example, that dont allow for flexibility. Besides, I love to get together occasionally and cook something or whatever, but life can get stressfull so Ill be the first to respect anyones space!
