Ik heb daarnaast eigen vermogen van 15 duizend euro en een ouder die garant kan staan. Ik ben een nette huurder: rook niet, drink niet, geen huisdieren en heb regelmatig op huizen gepast en weet dus als geen ander hoe met zorg met iemands spullen om te gaan, mocht de ruimte gemeubileerd zijn. Ik kan referenties van eerdere verhuurders overhandigen. Ik heb ook een tijd een eigen huis gehad, waardoor ik goed ben geworden in het regelen van klein onderhoud en dergelijke. Ik vind het leuk om samen dingen te doen in huis, maar vind het ook heerlijk om mij even terug te trekken.
