Woonwensen Ik ben onlangs afgestudeerd aan de hbo-opleiding Rechten en start binnenkort met de premaster Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Ik ben voornamelijk op zoek naar een studio of appartement voor mezelf in Rotterdam of de directe omgeving. Mocht dat niet lukken, dan sta ik ook open voor een studio of appartement voor twee personen, zodat ik samen met mijn partner kan wonen. Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke huurder. Ik ga zorgvuldig met een woning om, houd alles schoon en vind het belangrijk om duidelijke afspraken te maken. Betrouwbaarheid, respect voor de woonomgeving en een prettige sfeer staan voor mij voorop.
